Virtual Physiotherapy

We offer tele-health physiotherapy services via video communication when an in-person visit is not possible or necessary. This allows you to get a thorough evaluation of your injury by a registered physiotherapist through a video chat in the comfort of your own home. The video chat technology that we utilize is encrypted to ensure safety and confidentiality. You will have the opportunity to have all of your questions answered and work with your physiotherapist to establish a game plan to help you get back to the activities you love. 

The physiotherapy profession has moved away from a reliance on modalities and manual therapy, towards structured rehab plans that patients can carry out themselves with the help of a trained professional. This approach lends itself well to online video consultations, where much of what we do in the clinic can be carried out online. During your assessment, your physiotherapist will formulate a personalized rehab plan geared towards helping you achieve your goals. A summary of your consultation will then be emailed to you, along with a personalized exercise program that can easily be followed using an app on your phone or computer.
