This program is designed to help you reach your fitness goals, while enjoying the social benefits of working out with a group in our modern, beautiful gym space.
Pricing & Details
Monthly memberships:
Two classes / week = $120 + HST / month
Unlimited weekly classes = $150 + HST / month
$20 + HST / session (drop-in rate)
Small Groups: maximum of 6 participants / session
Personalized programming to meet your experience level
Motivating & welcoming community with a safe space to train
Class time options:
Pulse-Fit (60 min class) - Mon / Wed / Fri @ 7:00am
Mom-Fit (45 min class) - Mon / Wed / Fri @ 8:30am and 9:15am
Small Group Class (60 min class) - Tues / Thurs @ 5:00pm and Fri @ 12:00pm
