Working directly with an experienced trainer in small groups, this style of exercise is designed to be motivating and FUN! Take the guess work out of your workout routine with our well-designed, hour-long sessions and enjoy the benefits of having a coach help guide you along the way. This program is designed to help you reach your fitness goals, while enjoying the social benefits of working out with a group in our modern, beautiful gym space.

Pricing & Details

  • Monthly memberships:

    • Two classes / week = $120 + HST / month

    • Unlimited weekly classes = $150 + HST / month

  • $20 + HST / session (drop-in rate)

  • Small Groups: maximum of 6 participants / session

  • Personalized programming to meet your experience level

  • Motivating & welcoming community with a safe space to train

  • Class time options:

    • Pulse-Fit (60 min class) - Mon / Wed / Fri @ 7:00am

    • Mom-Fit (45 min class) - Mon / Wed / Fri @ 8:30am and 9:15am

    • Small Group Class (60 min class) - Tues / Thurs @ 5:00pm and Fri @ 12:00pm
