Melissa completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2012. She went on to complete a master’s degree in Anatomy at Queen’s University in 2014. After working as a Kinesiologist for several years she decided to pursue her master’s in Physical Therapy, graduating from Queen’s University in 2019. Melissa then relocated to Peterborough and joined the Pulse team after a few years of working locally. She enjoys hitting the trails with her dog, playing recreational sports and socializing with friends and family. Melissa has completed continuing education in the area of orthopedics, exercise prescription, acupuncture & dry needling. Her passion for sport and experience working with varsity teams has driven her interest in working with individuals looking to stay active throughout their life. She loves helping weekend warriors stay healthy, feel good, and perform at their best in the activities they enjoy.
