Adam was born and raised in Scarborough, ON and grew up spending his summers at his family cottage in Coe Hill. He graduated from Western University in 2005 after completing a Bachelor of Health Science. He continued his education at Western to complete a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2007. After graduating, Adam relocated to Peterborough, working as an orthopedic physiotherapist in a local clinic for seven years, before teaming up with Connor to open Pulse Physiotherapy in 2014. He works with the Junior A Peterborough Lakers as a team physiotherapist and currently volunteers as a trainer for Peterborough Minor Hockey. While working, he continued his education in the areas of acupuncture, soft tissue release and manual therapy. In the fall of 2015, he gained Fellowship status in the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT), and in 2021, Adam completed his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) training. He enjoys incorporating manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise to help the people of Peterborough get back to enjoying their active lives.
